Weiler's Knot Wire Cup Brushes are built from individual wire filaments that are twisted together into knots. This design allows for an aggressive brushing action that is ideal for heavy-duty cleaning applications. The brushes' footprint makes them ideal for large, relatively flat surfaces. Available in a 5/8"-11 nut for use on right angle grinders.

Product Description
Weiler 5" Banded Single Row Knot Wire Cup Brush features a removable metal band around fill material to reduce the exposed trim length and light weight brush flaring at operating speed. Provides a very aggressive, controlled brushing action and the most consistent performance for demanding cleaning applications on relatively flat surfaces. 5/8"-11 nut for use on right angle grinders. Weiler’s wire cup brushes are intended primarily for use on portable power tools for addressing larger surface areas more efficiently than a wheel brush. Cup brushes are designed for smooth, efficient operation on angle grinders to make quick work of large jobs. Cup brushes are available in a variety of knot wire and crimped wire configurations for use in a broad range of surface cleaning applications, and they are manufactured with individual knot hole and solid ring construction for high performance and long life. Weiler’s cup brushes are available in heat-treated Steel, Type 302 Stainless Steel, and Brass wire. Applications include Removal of slag from the edges of plasma or flame-cut plates, removing paint and coatings, cleaning rust, scale, and corrosion, deburring, weld prep and cleaning.
